Common questions
Things folks ask before booking.
How does mobile detailing work? Do I need to be home?+−
We come to wherever your car is — your driveway, your office parking lot, your apartment lot. You don't have to be there the whole time. A lot of folks hand us the keys and go back inside or back to work. We text when we're done. What areas do you serve?+−
Olathe is home base. We also cover Overland Park, Lenexa, Leawood, Shawnee, Prairie Village, Mission, Merriam, Gardner, Spring Hill, and Kansas City, Kansas. If you're somewhere close to that and not sure, just ask.How long does a detail take?+−
Exterior: 1.5 to 2.5 hours. Interior: 2 to 3 hours. Full detail (both): 3.5 to 5 hours depending on the vehicle and how dirty it is. Ceramic coatings are by appointment and run a full day. What happens if it rains?+−
We watch the radar. Light drizzle, we work through it — we'll be set up under cover or work around it. If real rain or storms are coming, we'll text you the day before and reschedule. No charge for weather reschedules. How do I book?+−
Book online through our scheduling page, or call or text us at (913) 228-2341. We'll confirm a time, the service, and the address. We don't take a deposit for standard details — you pay when we're done. What forms of payment do you accept?+−
Cash, all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and Zelle. We send a digital receipt by text or email when you pay.Can you come to apartment complexes or office parking lots?+−
Yes — we do this every day. We try to set up out of the way of traffic. Some apartment complexes have rules about contractor work, so it's worth a quick check with management, but most don't bat an eye at a detail. Can I leave the keys and not be there during the service?+−
Absolutely. Hide the keys somewhere we can find them, or hand them off ahead of time. We'll text you when we start and when we're done, and lock everything up before we leave.
